Free memorial pages are preserved indefinitely as long as RestInLight operates. Paid plans include our Eternal Preservation Guarantee — we set aside funds specifically to keep your memorial online for decades to come.

Can family members contribute to the memorial?

Anyone with the link can visit the memorial page and leave messages in the guestbook. As the creator, you have full control over which messages are shown through the approval system.

How does AI tribute writing work?

Share your memories, feelings, and details about your loved one. Our AI helps you craft a beautiful, heartfelt tribute. You have full control to edit and personalize everything. Free users get 1 complimentary AI tribute per memorial. Paid plans offer additional uses.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. Your photos and information are stored securely with encryption. Memorial pages can be set to public or password-protected. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

What templates are available?

We offer 8 beautifully designed templates including Classic, Serene, Warm, Midnight, Garden, Golden Hour, Ocean, and Lavender. Free and Basic plans include 3 core templates, while Premium and Eternal plans unlock all 8.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor, Paddle. All prices are one-time — no recurring charges.

What features are coming soon?

We're actively developing AI photo restoration (enhance old or damaged photos), custom domain support, and memorial video generation. Premium and Eternal plan holders will get these features at no additional cost when they launch.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. All your existing content is preserved.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All paid plans include data export. You can download your memorial content and photos as a ZIP file from the Settings page. Your memories are always yours.
